This recording represents the culmination of an extended project undertaken by Equillbey her Insula Orchestra Le Jeune Choeur de Paris and five brilliant solo singers. Between 2016 and 2021 Equilbey s Lucio Silla became a much-praised travelling show visiting such locations as Paris Vienna Aix-en-Provence Versailles and Beaune. The title role is taken by tenor Alessandro Liberatore who is joined by countertenor Franco Fagioli and three contrasting sopranos Olga Pudova Chiara Skerath and Ilse Eerens. Album Tracks DISC 1: 1.
