NINA SIMONE Live In 69 (2024 UK limited edition 10-track LP recorded May 27th 1968 at Wembley STudios and July 28th 1969 at Juan-Les-Pins Jazz Festival. Nina Simone made an eight-day promotional trip to the UK which culminated in a live concert recorded for London Weekend Television’s Sound of Soul at Wembley Studios. Side one of this LP contains six songs from the show that was broadcast on New York’s WNED TV station on March 9th 1969.
