It's been about two years since the release of the debut album by California's own the Quarter After. In the grand tradition of many rock'n'roll "brother" bands, the Quarter After is lead by the two Campanella siblings - songwriter/singer Dominic and guitarist/producer Robert. The band greets the new year of 2008 with their second release, CHANGES NEAR.
